Yes. Simply reply to your confirmation WhatsApp or email and we will find you a new slot. Your deposit moves with you to the new appointment. Please note that we require at least 48 hours notice for any cancellations or appointment changes. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice may result in forfeiture of the deposit.
